By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, launching, or playing Oogly Boogly, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement.

3. Community Rules & User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or target other players
• Use racist, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language or behavior
• Impersonate developers, moderators, or staff
• Intentionally ruin gameplay experiences
• Abuse reports, moderation systems, or support systems
• Evade punishments or bans
• Engage in behavior that negatively impacts the community or game environment
• Use disruptive soundboards or spam audio

We reserve the right to moderate user behavior at our discretion.

4. Cheating, Exploits & Unauthorized Modifications

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating
• Hacking
• Modding
• Exploiting
• Reverse engineering
• Tampering with game files
• Tampering with anti-cheat systems
• Using unauthorized third-party software
• Abusing glitches or unintended mechanics
• Attempting to bypass moderation or security systems
• Accessing restricted systems or developer content
• Interfering with gameplay integrity

Attempts to interfere with the integrity or security of Oogly Boogly may result in immediate enforcement action.

5. VRIC Cross-Title Ban Network

Oogly Boogly participates in the VRIC cross-title ban network.

By using Oogly Boogly, you understand and agree that:

• Serious cheating violations may be shared with participating VRIC titles
• Bans issued in Oogly Boogly may result in bans in other VRIC-supported games or experiences
• Cheating violations in other participating VRIC titles may affect your access to Oogly Boogly
• Cross-title moderation systems exist to help protect fair play and safer VR communities

By continuing to use the Game, you consent to participation in these moderation systems.

6. Anti-Cheat & Security Monitoring

Oogly Boogly uses moderation, analytics, security, and anti-cheat technologies, including third-party anti-cheat services.

By using the Game, you consent to:

• Gameplay monitoring
• Session monitoring
• Security reviews
• Crash reporting
• Moderation systems
• Anti-cheat detection systems
• Analytics collection
• Device or hardware verification where permitted
• Enforcement investigations

Attempts to disable, bypass, tamper with, or interfere with anti-cheat or security systems are strictly prohibited.

Suspicious behavior may automatically be flagged for review.

7. Intellectual Property & Asset Protection

All game content, systems, materials, and assets are owned by Oogly Boogly and its developers.

Protected content includes but is not limited to:

• Models
• Maps
• Audio
• Music
• Textures
• UI designs
• Logos
• Branding
• Systems
• Mechanics
• Source code
• Cosmetics
• Artwork
• Effects
• Animations
• Concepts
• Bundles
• Visual designs

You may not:

• Copy
• Leak
• Share
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Extract
• Upload
• Reuse
• Modify
• Repackage
• Republish
• Reverse engineer

any assets or project materials without explicit written permission.

Possessing, distributing, sharing, or leaking unauthorized project files or assets is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

• Permanent bans
• DMCA takedowns
• Removal requests
• Additional legal action where applicable

8. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost accounts
• Shared accounts
• Stolen accounts
• Unauthorized access
• Lost progress caused by user actions

Account sharing, account selling, or transferring accounts may result in moderation actions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game at any time.

9. Virtual Currency, Cosmetics & Purchases

Oogly Boogly may offer:

• Cosmetic items
• Bundles
• Virtual currency
• Unlockables
• Event items
• Perks

These digital items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are licensed, not owned
• Are non-transferable
• May not be sold or exchanged
• May be modified, revoked, rebalanced, or removed at any time

Refunds are only available during Meta's official refund period unless otherwise required by law.

After the refund period expires, all purchases are considered final.

Fraudulent purchases, abuse of payment systems, or chargebacks may result in suspensions or permanent bans.

10. Streaming, Videos & Content Creation

Players may create videos, livestreams, and social media content featuring Oogly Boogly gameplay.

However, users may not:

• Claim ownership of Oogly Boogly
• Pretend to represent the development team
• Leak confidential content
• Distribute stolen assets
• Use Oogly Boogly branding deceptively

We reserve the right to request removal of content that violates this Agreement.

11. Online Interactions

Oogly Boogly may include online multiplayer interactions, voice communication, and community systems.

You acknowledge that:

• Interactions with other players occur at your own risk
• We are not responsible for player-created content or user behavior
• Moderation actions may occur without prior warning depending on severity

12. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Warn users
• Kick users
• Mute users
• Restrict features
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban accounts
• Remove access to services

at our discretion and without prior notice.

Attempts to evade punishments may result in escalated enforcement.

13. Game Changes & Service Availability

Oogly Boogly is an evolving live-service experience.

We reserve the right to:

• Update the Game
• Modify gameplay
• Change progression systems
• Add or remove features
• Rebalance mechanics
• Reset progress where necessary
• Modify cosmetics or currencies
• Shut down servers
• Suspend or discontinue services

without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or permanent feature availability.

14. Privacy & Data Collection

Oogly Boogly may collect technical and gameplay-related information including:

• Gameplay analytics
• Moderation records
• Anti-cheat information
• Session information
• Crash logs
• Device or hardware information where permitted
• Performance data
• Technical diagnostics

Collected information may be used to:

• Improve gameplay
• Improve security
• Detect cheating
• Enforce moderation
• Improve stability and performance

Data may be shared with moderation or anti-cheat partners where necessary to protect the Game and participating communities.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oogly Boogly is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free gameplay
• Permanent availability
• Compatibility with all devices
• Uninterrupted access
• Bug-free services

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oogly Boogly and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Account loss
• Service interruptions
• Hardware issues
• Lost purchases
• Emotional distress
• User-created damages
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

arising from use of the Game or related services.

17. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain reserved by Oogly Boogly and its developers.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Game or its assets to users.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update, modify, expand, or replace this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of Oogly Boogly after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

19. Agreement

By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, launching, or playing Oogly Boogly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
